Exchange Policy
All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. As a gesture of good will, we may allow return/exchange of items if you are not satisfied with your web purchase or have mistakenly purchased a product. You can request for exchange at Yue Hwa Chinatown store within 7 days of purchase. Returned items need to be unopened, in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Kindly contact us before heading down for the exchange and provide proof of purchase to facilitate the exchange process.
Alternatively, you may request for delivery of exchanged items at a charge of $6 per trip.
Remarks:
- We do not accept exchanges or refund for selected products (including but not limited to bird nest, cordyceps, ginseng & wine/liqour).
- All rice/grains/beans are not refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please only buy the quantity that you need to prevent spoilage/wastage.
- Please present the web order invoice for the exchange. You may login to your account and access the invoice through “My Account > My Delivered Orders”.
Refund
In the event any order/item is rejected by us for whatever reason, we will arrange for a refund of the order/item. For any refund of value less than $10, we will issue an e-voucher instead.
