We will send out SMSes to notify customers on the delivery of their orders.  Providing your phone number ensures that you receive this notification.  We may also call you in regard to your order.

If this does not solve the issue, please try one of the following methods:
  1. Try to load the website on a different device or network.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Use a different browser to load the website.
  4. Reset your modem and router.
At the login page, click on “Forgot password” to reset your password.  A new password will be sent to your email address. 
To stop receiving newsletter emails, you can click on “Unsubscribe” located at the bottom of the emails that Yue Hwa sends out.
Alternatively, you can login to your account.  Under account management section, click on “unsubscribe” newsletters.

Simply enter the promo code in the discount code section of the shopping cart and the total amount will be updated. A pop up message will be issued if redemption of promo code is invalid. Please take note that only ONE promo code can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other group or credit card discounts.

We are unable to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay and AliPay.

Notes on payment via AliPay:
*For payment via mobile phone, you will be required to enter your AliPay account login ID and password.
*For payment via desktop, you can either enter your AliPay account login details or login by scanning QR code.
You will pay for your order after order has been confirmed. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. 
Order a minimum amount of S$80 to enjoy FREE delivery service within Singapore, except for restricted locations listed in Delivery page.
We deliver 7 days a week.  Our delivery hours are from 12pm to 9pm daily.
$6 per order.
We do not provide tracking number.  However, we will send SMS to notify you on the day of delivery.
We will send SMS notification to inform you in advance of delivery.  Please contact us immediately if there is no-one to receive the order.  If you are not at home for your delivery, Yue Hwa reserves the right to charge you a re-delivery fee of $10.

You can change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched.  Kindly contact our service staff to make the necessary arrangement.

You must notify us in writing, at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery time.  Please note that this means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorised personnel.  Yue Hwa will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.
Each delivery note that is attached to the order will indicate the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery note to make sure you're not missing anything.  If there is any discrepancy, kindly contactour service staff.
