Why do I have to provide my phone number when creating an account?
We will send out SMSes to notify customers on the delivery of their orders. Providing your phone number ensures that you receive this notification. We may also call you in regard to your order.
I am having difficulties accessing the website. What should I do?
To enjoy the best experience on Yue Hwa, please ensure that you have a working internet connection and are using the latest version of the following supported browsers:

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
At the login page, click on “Forgot password” to reset your password. A new password will be sent to your email address.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletters?
To stop receiving newsletter emails, you can click on “Unsubscribe” located at the bottom of the emails that Yue Hwa sends out.

When I create an account, I get prompted that email address is already registered.

Can I change the email address after I created the account?
No. Email address is your user id for online login. It cannot be changed once it is created.
I do not have email address. Can I use phone number for online login?
No, online login requires email address as the user id.
I did not provide email address or phone number during member registration. What should I do now?
You will not be able to do online login without a valid email address. You can update your email address by clicking here. An online account enables you to shop online and redeem/check your points balance.

How do I enter a promo code?
Simply enter the promo code in the discount code section of the shopping cart and the total amount will be updated. A pop up message will be issued if redemption of promo code is invalid. Please take note that only ONE promo code can be used per order.
Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other group or credit card discounts.
Why is there no discount after I applied the coupon code?

How do I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard.
When am I charged for my order?
You will pay for your order after order has been confirmed. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
What should I do if I have issues with payment?
Do check that you are using the following versions of the supported browsers:
Ensure all card details are entered correctly and cookies are enabled.
Please refrain from clicking "refresh" or "back" button while the payment is still processing.

What's the minimum order amount to entitle for free delivery?
Order a minimum amount of S$80 to enjoy FREE delivery service within Singapore, except for restricted locations listed in Delivery page.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver 7 days a week. Our delivery hours are from 11am to 7pm daily.
How much is the delivery fee?
$12 per order.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your order number here. We will also send SMS to notify you on the day of delivery.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
We will send SMS notification to inform you in advance of delivery. Please contact us immediately if there is no-one to receive the order. If you are not at home for your delivery, Yue Hwa reserves the right to charge you a re-delivery fee of $10.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
You can change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched. Kindly contact our service staff to make the necessary arrangement.
Can my security guard/ concierge receive on my behalf?
You must notify us in writing, at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery time. Please note that this means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorised personnel. Yue Hwa will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Each delivery note that is attached to the order will indicate the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery note to make sure you're not missing anything. If there is any discrepancy, kindly contact our service staff.
Are all in-store products available online?
Not all in-store products are available online. If there are any products that you would like to see on our webstore, please let us know here.
What if Yue Hwa does not sell a product that I like to buy?
Please suggest the product to us, so that we can look into getting it for your future purchases.
