I want to delete my account. How do I go about it?
I registered as member at retail store and online. Can I combine the points in both accounts?
If your member status is Crystal or Jade, we can transfer the points from one account to the other. One of the accounts will have to be closed.
If your member status is Pre-VIP, we are unable to combine both accounts. One of the accounts will have to be closed.
When I create an account, I get prompted that email address is already registered.
