Black Fungus Tianqi Notoginseng Soup
IngredientsBlack fungus 50g
Tianqi (Panax Notoginseng) 15g
Cooking Steps1) Once the black fungus been soak and then chopped broken Tianqi(Panax Notoginseng) to small pieces and wash the jujube.
2) Combine the ingredients in step 1 with ginger into a pot, then add water 1000ml and boiled for about 2 hours.
3) Finally, add in salt for tasting.
