Lingzhi Duck Soup
Dried Tangerine Peel
Cooking Steps1) Wash and clean the duck, cut into pieces.
2) Stand by pot, add 1L water, boil over high heat, add duck in.
3) Cook for 10 mins , add Lingzhi slices/ Lingzhi powder, dried tangerine peel, candied dates, turn to low heat cook for minimum 40 – 60 mins or until duck turn to really soft.
4) Add salt cook for another 10 mins and ready to eat.
