Pumpkin Sesame Balls
Glutinous rice flour 180g
White sugar 15g
White sesame seeds (as desired)
Cooking Steps1) Peel the skin of pumpkin, steam it. After it cools down, add sugar and glutinous rice flour.
2) Mash the pumpkin and knead it like a dough.
3) Knead the pumpkin into small round balls (size as desired). Cover the pumpkin balls with white sesame seeds.
4) Add oil into a small pot and heat it up. Add in the pumpkin balls and stir.
