Quinoa Patty


Braised beancurd 230g (crushed)
Black quinoa 2 tablespoons (cooked)
Carrot 15g (mashed)
Mushroom mash 15g
Basil (sparingly)
Egg white 1 tablespoon
Flax seed oil 2 teaspoons

Cooking Steps

1) Combine braised beancurd, black quinoa and mashed carrot.  Mix well.
2) Add egg white, mashed mushroom, basil, flax seed oil and mix well.  Extract a portion of the combined mixture to make a round patty.
3) Heat up a saucepan of oil and fry the patty until golden brown.
