Radix Yam Pot Sirloin


Sirloin ( flank ) 250 grams
Nansha ginseng 50 grams
Chinese yam ( dry ) 50 grams
Dried tangerine 4 grams
Wolfberries 6 grams

Cooking Steps

1) Wash the wolfberries, red dates, dried tangerine peel with water. Soak the red dates, dried tangerine peel.
2) Clean the fish scales and rinse it with water.
3) Oil the pan, pan fried fish until both sides slightly yellowish.
4) In a pot, bring the water to boil then add in the ingrediant and boil for three hours. Season prior to drink.
