Effects: Replenishes qi and tonifies blood, invigorates the spleen and harmonizes the stomach, dispelling wind and removing dampness. Directions: Add meat, 3 bowls of water and cook on a low fire for 2 hours. May add some salt. Serves 1-2 people. Storage: Refrigerate and do not leave in sunlight.
