Ruo Nan egg noodle difficult to handle
The Noodle always stick together even I have put oil in the water. I keep stirring the noodle to break it up but very difficult. The noodle sticks together and taste like hard dough. I put the noodle in when water is boiling. Mayb you know a better way to handle this noodle.
